Which ages are your sleepover parties for?
We recommend our parties for age five and up.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Bromley and offer sleepover parties to Kent, London, Surrey and Kent. Delivery is including if you live within 7 miles of Bromley. If you’re further away, we’ll add a surcharge.
What's included in the price?
Delivery, set-up, styling and then removal of everything the following day. We include the following in the package:
CE certified tent frame and cover
Comfy foam mattress with fitted sheet
Pillow with pillowcase
Snug duvet
Cosy fleece blanket
Decorative cushions
Fairy lights
Gorgeous garlands or bunting
Tent topper decoration
Handy breakfast tray with lantern and accessories
Individual popcorn favours
Personalised sleep masks for every guest to keep
We have a range of optional extras you can book too, from party favours to grazing boxes.
What is the hire period?
The price stated is for overnight hire and we will arrange a mutually suitable time to set up and collect.
When will you arrive to set up and collect?
Once the booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange a time on the day of the sleepover to arrive, assemble and style your sleepover, and a time to collect it the following day. Please note a responsible adult must be available to meet us for set up and collection.
How long will it take to set up?
A party of four tents generally takes one hour with larger parties taking a little longer. Please ensure the space is clear and all furniture moved before we arrive to help speed up the set up.
How much space is required for each tent?
Each tent has a footprint of 160cm (length) and 90cm (width) with extra space required for each breakfast table.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have specialist public liability insurance.
How do you clean the tents and bedding?
All of our bedding is washed using non-biological detergent between parties. The tent covers are all removable and washable. All other items are cleaned and disinfected between parties.
Can the sleepover tents be used outside?
Unfortunately not. The tents are for indoor use only.
What are your payment terms?
We require a booking deposit of £100 (non-refundable) to confirm your booking and party date. The remaining balance is to be paid for in full by no later than 14 days before the party date.
What's your cancellation policy?
In the event the party is cancelled by you, the following cancellation policy will apply:
Cancellation of a booking up to 14 days prior to the party will forfeit the £100 booking deposit paid.
Cancellation of a booking between and including 13 and 7 days prior to the party will be refunded 50% of the total monies paid.
Cancellation of a booking within 7 days of the party will unfortunately forfeit all monies paid.
